The resolution of Plenum of Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine №10  “On the practice of administrative courts on implementation of the Law “On access to public information” was published on the website of the court.

The document contains many positive issues, explaining provisions of the Law “On access to public information” as well as problematic questions that resulted in decisions that contradict each other.

This resolution was developed with the assistance of human rights activists and experts in access to information, including CEDEM lawyers.
