The State Inspection of Ukraine for Consumer Rights Protection Will Fine Restaurants Which Violate the “Smokeless” Law

The State Inspection of Ukraine for Consumer Rights Protection in response to complaints has checked  institutions of restaurant industry concerning the violation of anti-tobacco legislation and announced that will impose appropriate financial sanctions on offenders. Complaints have been sent by volunteers of the “Kyiv without tobacco smoke”, NGO “Media Law Institute”, which recorded cases of brazen violation of the anti-tobacco legislation in Kiev restaurants in October 2015.
