Lawyer (specializing in international law), researcher, expert in gender legal analysis, and the legal regulation of volunteering in Ukraine. Author of an analytical report on the involvement of foreign nationals in volunteering in Ukraine, and co-author of a study on the role of grassroots volunteer movements in comprehensive defense strategy.
As a Young European Ambassador in Ukraine, she promotes European values and opportunities for young people, contributing to the development of civil society and the European integration of Ukraine.
Daria is a graduate of the Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills program by the British Law Centre (2023–2024), developed in cooperation with the University of Cambridge, and a student of the Invisible University for Ukraine (IUFU) certificate program at the Central European University. She also takes part in the Next Visionaries Program, an academic initiative focused on European integration, leadership, and innovation for Ukrainian youth.
She has experience in project management, as well as in developing and implementing information and advocacy campaigns, and is deeply interested in human rights work.
Daria joined the Centre for Democracy and Rule of Law (CEDEM) in October 2023. She coordinated participants of the IV CEDEM Security School in 2025.
