Project Manager and expert in public strategic planning at the Center for Democracy and Rule of Law since 2024. Senior Lecturer at the Andrii Meleshevych Kyiv-Mohyla School of Governance.

Member of the Expert Group under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for developing the Public Administration Reform Strategy 2026–2030, as well as member of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communication of Ukraine on the development of the national system of strategic communications.

Has extensive experience in public communications, media development, countering disinformation, and analytical research. Coordinates educational and research initiatives aimed at strengthening the capacity of independent media, public institutions, and civil society.

Holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Actively conducts PhD research focused on strategic planning and strategic communications in the public sector.
