Survey of volunteers affected by the hostilities

April 28, 2023

How many volunteers have been affected by the fighting and can expect to receive assistance from the state? It is currently unknown. But CEDEM wants to find it out.

Our goal is to collect information about volunteers who died or became disabled as a result of an injury (post-concussion syndrome, injury or mutilation) received during the provision of volunteer assistance in the area of the implementation of measures necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine, the protection of the safety of the population and the interests of the state in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation.

Please take a short survey about volunteers who have been injured as a result of hostilities: https://forms.gle/yCMC9d35xxs89Avu9

The information collected in the survey will be used for analysis in a generalized and anonymized form.

Let us recall that on April 7, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted amendments to Resolution 604 depriving volunteers injured while helping civilians of financial support. 21 NGOs and charitable organizations have already appealed to the government with a statement on the need to restore the right of volunteers to one-time monetary assistance from the state. You can support the statement here.
