Representatives of the public sector and executive bodies are invited to participate in the success story contest.
On November 26, 2020, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine (MCIP) together with the Ukrainian Civil Society Sectoral Support Initiative project launches Information Campaign “Civil Society and Government – Best Cooperation Practices”.
The purpose of the information campaign is to show the successful cooperation between the public sector and executive bodies, their effective practices of communication and joint work for the development of a society of conscious and responsible citizens.
As part of the campaign, Story Contest was announced where entrants have to submit stories about the best joint projects (cooperation practices) of civil society organizations (CSOs) and executive bodies.
Representatives of both CSOs and executive bodies are invited to participate in the contest if they have any kind of joint project (cooperation practice) which has resulted in positive changes in society.

During December 15-20, the organizing team will determine the best stories about joint projects (cooperation practices), which will be covered in a special booklet, which will be posted on the information resources of the campaign partners. The number of winning stories will be determined depending on the number of stories submitted.
Participants in these stories will have informational support, gain recognition, improve their image and be able to share their experiences with other organizations.
The team of organizers will make posts / articles / columns on successful practices that have been submitted and publish them on the information resources of the organizers, which will promote all submitted projects (cooperation practices) of CSOs and executive bodies. The best stories will be additionally covered in the media and will receive incentive gifts.
On December 17, 2020, within the IX Civil Society Development Forum, which is held with the support of leading donor institutions, public authorities, media and businesses, a public discussion is planned with active participants on the importance of communication between the public sector and executive bodies and its impact on the performance of public functions of the state.
