On January 18, a training meeting for the mentee took place at the pre-start stage. More than 40 participants learned how to identify the problem they would like to work on with mentors.
Olena Matviichuk, Coordinator of the Mentoring Program, taught them to navigate between the needs, problems and products in the activities of NGOs.
In particular, the Program Coordinator drew attention to two important factors:
- The problem needs to be identified as specifically as possible;
- The clearer you can identify those who the problem is hurting, the clearer will be the ways to
solve it.
Now the participants will formulate their own problems and topics that they will offer to their potential mentors during introductory meetings.
