On October 4, at the webinar “Procedure for Importing, Accounting for and Reporting Humanitarian Aid”, UCIPR lawyer Yuliia Panura described the key steps for volunteers wishing to legally import humanitarian cargo, as well as the necessary reporting procedures for various types of humanitarian cargo transactions.
