The mentors of the first CEDEM Mentorship Program met on July 23, 2020. The meeting was held offline and online, with mentors from other regions joining the event via Zoom platform. Alona Matviichuk, coordinator of the Program, was the event facilitator.
One of the objectives of the meeting was to hear and discuss experiences and get feedback from mentors on their work and cooperation with mentee organizations. During the event, the team of mentors shared successes, challenges, and cooperation lifehacks. Together, they managed to develop possible options for further activities that would meet the needs of the mentees. Also, the Mentorship Program coordinator announced the next steps in the implementation of the program and priority plans.
The Mentoring Program is implemented by the Centre for Democracy and Rule of Law (CEDEM) within the Ukraine Civil Society Sectoral Support Activity, which is implemented in cooperation with the Consortium of the Initiative Center to Support Social Action “Ednannia” and Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research (UCIPR) with the sincere support of the American people through United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
