CEDEM experts develop analytical materials that highlight the most controversial issues related to the Law of Ukraine on Copyright and Related Rights, explain the main aspects of legal regulation, and contribute to reducing the number of violations. One of the key areas of work is raising public awareness about the culture of using copyrighted works in the media environment.
CEDEM also monitors and analyzes subordinate legislation developed to implement the updated legislation and provides clarifications regarding its application.
